Perhaps this is your first time renovating. Perhaps you've done this before, and know that every contractor has a different way of working. Either way, we'd like to tell you a little bit about how we do things.

Step One:

Free Consultation

First, we need to determine what you have in mind, what your budget is, and to calculate, approximately, when the project can be finished. When we have established exactly what and how things can be done on your budget, thus avoiding an open-ended renovation, which is not only costly, but also time consuming, we can begin establishing a material list and provide you with a quotation. This shouldn't take more than a day or two.

Step Two:

Planning and Design

Second, it is encouraged, that if you decide to use our services, another meeting is arranged before the works can start. Here we will discuss your ideas, and plan your design down to the finest detail. A design drawing will be made, if you so desire, and a start date will be set.

STEP THREE:

Work Can Now Begin 

To ensure that nothing is damaged once work begins, we will need to prep your house for construction. We will protect the floors, and any furniture that might be in the area. As soon as this is done, we will begin the work in question.

Step Four:

Clean-up

We know how inconvenient it is to have construction work done in your home. We also understand that it makes quite a mess, so after all the work is done, we will ensure that we have cleaned up after ourselves, leaving you with minimal work to be done after the fact.

Step Five:

Finalization

The project is now complete and we will ask you to review it, and give us your final approval. Remember, the project isn't done until you are 100% happy with our work.
